A Grammar Point: Misused Quotation Marks

While at Chocolatte, I mused to my friend Amy about how I LOVE when public signs have a misuse of quotation marks. More than likely, signs just shouldn't have quotes on them. Then, looking up, to my right, just happened to be a sign that had questionable usage of quotes...Amy and I decided to raid my handbag of random crap and make the sign relevant to our conversation. We decided to make it more questionable. Amy added quotes as I decorated the border with fancy scissors. Deviant activity!
