Gossip Girl is back and needless to say, I'm hooked. Especially with Carter Baizen returning, I have to say, I love the way this man wears his pants.I took some screen shots from last nights episode, and truly, I cannot find a single flaw in this man. Move over Chuck Bass, Carter Baizen has your same initials and twice the hotness.
