Sweet Inter-course Gastronomy in N.Y.C.
Since I don't feel like writing, I wish to show people a few of the treats that I've had the privilege of ingesting in New York City.
January 2009.From Sundaes & Cones in NYC on 10th and 3rd Ave. Two scoops: mango and sesame - like the kinds that you find in mochi balls and in the fried sesame ones in Taiwan and China. Obvi this place was owned by some Chinese people! Yay! Price: Less than $5 bux.
These tasty bits are from Butter (you know, where Blair gets stood up by friend in Gossip Girl). A cream-filled Carrot cake with Dulce de Leche icecream on a bed of candied walnuts topped with caramel and condensed milk. Thank God for Restaurant week!
July 2008. Red velvet & German chocolate cupcakes in the Upper West Side. Hit. the. spot.
Summer 2007. From Tisserie in Union Square. Chocolate pie with carrot cake in the foreground.
Tiramisu from some random Italian restaurant.
