(128/365) Tasty le Tuna!
Ever since an underage drinking episode in NYC, I have loved tuna tartare. The tuna at Eclipse di Luna, DOES NOT, I repeat, DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Nom nom nom. Marinated in soy sauce and a touch of sesame oil, it's mixed with green onions. It tastes of a delightful culinary fusion of cuisines!
